- Screening. Every candidate you meet has cleared every filter. Finalists only.
- Presentation. Three to five finalists, each with a written narrative. Your only job is to show up.
- Offer and Close. We manage the offer from first number to signed agreement.
- 30/60/90 Follow-Through. We stay involved long enough to know if something is going wrong.
